Returns Policy

You may initiate a return request once the event that the condition of your purchase does not match the advertised. Please contact our customer experience team at hello@amusedco.com within 3 days of receiving the item. The client will be responsible for arranging the return. Once the item is received by us it needs to be in the same condition with all the tags intact for it to be approved for a refund. This is processed to the same method of payment. This includes only the cost of the item and does not include any customs duties, shipping fees or bank charges that may need to be paid separately. Items must be received by us in the same condition as when shipped with all tags intact..

You should expect to receive your refund within 14 working days of refund being initiated.

If you wish to return an item, simply email us within 3 days of receiving your item on hello@amusedco.com with the reason. Please note we do not accept returns on Hermes items
