We are not responsible for any delays, technical issues, or losses caused by third parties.

  • Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Saudi law. Disputes will be handled in Saudi courts.


Buying & Selling Policy

For Buyers

  • Returns accepted only if the item is not as described or proven inauthentic
  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return
  • Items must be returned in original condition at your expense
  • Refunds cover product value only—VAT, customs, shipping, and bank charges are non-refundable
  • No exchanges available
  • Orders are shipped via DHL within 3–10 business days
  • Customs & VAT may apply if shipped from outside Saudi Arabia

 
For Sellers

  • Individuals and businesses can list items after signing an agreement
  • Commission structure varies by seller type (B2B or individual)
  • Payouts are made via bank transfer after successful sale
  • Sellers are responsible for costs if an item is proven inauthentic
  • All listings must meet AMUSED Co.’s quality and authenticity standards
