Returns Policy

At AMUSED, we take pride in offering only verified, authenticated pre-owned luxury pieces. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

- Returns are only eligible if the item received is not as described or proven inauthentic.

- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via email (hello@amusedco.com), phone, or WhatsApp to initiate a return.

- Customers are responsible for arranging the return. Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags, packaging, and inclusions intact.

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, covering only the product value.
Please note: Customs duties, VAT, shipping fees, and any bank charges are non-refundable.

- Refunds may take up to 14 business days to process.

- Exchanges are not available.

Shipping Policy

PROCESSING TIME

Shipments are supported by our logistics partner DHL. The estimated delivery duration is 3–10 working days depending on our inventory locations.

DELIVERY EXCEPTIONS

The placement of an order does not guarantee delivery of an item.

AMUSED Co. makes every effort to maintain live product listings. In the rare event that we are unable to successfully deliver items due to a mismatch in live inventory, AMUSED Co. will do its best to provide alternative options or make a full refund.
