Return Policy

At AMUSED, we take pride in offering only verified, authenticated pre-owned luxury pieces. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

• Returns are only eligible if the item received is not as described or proven inauthentic.
  

• You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via email (hello@amusedco.com), phone, or WhatsApp to initiate a return.
  

• Customers are responsible for arranging the return. Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags, packaging, and inclusions intact.
  

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, covering only the product value.
  Please note: Customs duties, VAT, shipping fees, and any bank charges are non-refundable.
  

• Refunds may take up to 14 business days to process.
  

• Exchanges are not available.
